St. Croix Valley Pottery Tour
I am thrilled to be invited back for the St. Croix Tour this spring — May 6, 7, and 8th, 2022! I will be joining Jeff Oestreich at his studio. It’s an exiting annual event with thousands of pots from amazing makers from across the country. Join us in person this year, or shop for select works online!
Silverwood
Join me for an afternoon workshop at Silverwood Park in St. Anthony, MN on Saturday, October 5th. We will look at ways to interpret and incorporate nature into our work in the ceramic studio. The leaves will be turning and it should be a beautiful and engaging afternoon in the park!
Winthrop
“The Democratic Cup: Land of 10,000 Stories,” featured at the NCECA Conference this past spring will be highlighted again in Winthrop University’s “The Democratic Cup Exhibition.” Come join Ayumi Horie, Nick Moen, and me for a panel discussion and exhibition opening September 19 & 20.
The Secret Lives of Books
My work is currently featured in “The Secret Lives of Books” on display at the Wangensteen Historical Library. There is a fantastic online version of this exhibition with images and videos.

Earthy Paradise
Earthly Paradise is up during the NCECA Conference March 25-30 at Joe Christensen’s Studio, 10895 Excelsior Blvd, in Hopkins, MN. Jennifer Rogers and I are showing work created in response to William Morris’ epic poems which evoke a bittersweet longing for perfection.
In Service
In Service: Engaging and Connecting through Clay, a show I curated, is currently up at Northern Clay Center in the Main Gallery. It features six artists and organizations who use ceramics to effect social change, including The Democratic Cup (featured in photo), Potter’s for Peace’s Water Filter Project, Powderhorn Empty Bowls, Northern Clay Center’s Seward Neighborhood Outreach, and artists Warren MacKenzie and Jeff Schmuki. The exhibition is on view March 8 – April 28, 2019.
