ASI Exhibition

New work, made possible by a 2018 Arts Initiative Grant through the Minnesota State Arts Board, is on view at the American Swedish Institute through May 5, 2019. Two new pieces combine data visualization and decorative techniques to illustrate invasive species in Minnesota.

Metro Faculty Exhibition

Expatriate Ceramics

Come see Expatriate Ceramics, an exhibition I recently curated at Northern Clay Center! The show features work by George Timock, Rebecca Harvey, Jeff Oestreich, Derek Au, and Amélie Proulx. The opening is March 9th from 6-8 pm, and the exhibition will be up through April 22nd.

MSAB Award

I was recently awarded a 2018 Minnesota State Arts Board Award. I will be collaborating on the project with scientists studying pollinators and restoration ecology.

Lunenburg

I will be co-teaching a master workshop July 9-20, 2018 with the amazing Walter Ostrom. The workshop will be held at Lunenburg School of the Arts in historic and beautiful Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Spring Workshop

The Potter’s Council is presenting a workshop in conjunction with the 2017 St. Croix Valley Pottery Tour in Minnesota. Kate Maury, Nick Devries, and I will be demonstrating on Monday, May 15 and Tuesday, May 16 after the Tour at Northern Clay Center.
